You’re just stuck in a cycle you haven’t been shown how to break—yet.
When every conversation feels like it’s one wrong word away from turning into a fight (or silence), it’s easy to start thinking:
“Maybe we’re just not meant to work.”
“Why does this always happen when I try to talk?”
“I love him/her, but I don’t even know how to connect anymore.”
What no one teaches you—especially in our communities—is that these patterns aren’t random.
They’re predictable, explainable, and most importantly… changeable.
This isn’t about who’s “too emotional” or “too avoidant.” It’s about how your nervous system and emotional history are wired to protect you—and what happens when that wiring gets activated in marriage.
And once you understand that?
Everything changes.
You didn’t get married expecting it to feel like this.
You thought you'd grow together, build something beautiful together. And in many ways, you have.
But behind closed doors, it’s a different story:
Every conversation feels like a landmine—you either hold back to avoid another argument, or try to speak up and get met with defensiveness or silence.
You feel like you're the only one trying to fix it—and you’re exhausted from carrying that weight.
The same fights keep happening, and even when they don’t… the tension still lives between you.
You’re trying so hard to be calm, patient, understanding—but nothing you do seems to make it better.
And the worst part? You can’t quite explain what’s going wrong. You just know it feels… heavy. Lonely. Hopeless.
You're not crazy for feeling this way. And you’re not alone.
You're just missing the piece no one teaches us:
Understanding what’s actually going on underneath the conflict—so you can change the way you show up inside it.

When conflict keeps repeating in your marriage, it’s not because you’re broken—or because your partner is.
It’s because you’re caught in a pattern that was shaped long before this relationship even began.
This class helps you uncover those hidden emotional “scripts” that drive the way you show up in conflict.

➡ Sometimes that looks like shutting down.
➡ Sometimes it looks like chasing the conversation.
➡ Sometimes it’s silence, anger, panic, or trying to fix everything just to keep the peace.

Whatever your version is—you’ll learn to see it clearly, understand where it comes from, and shift how you respond.
Not through shame. Not through blaming your spouse.
But through grounded self-awareness, emotional clarity, and compassionate tools that actually work.
You'll walk away with more than just insight—you’ll walk away with language, practices, and grounding du’as and reflections that help you respond differently the next time conflict shows up.
Understand the conflict. Shift the pattern. Rebuild peace.
Understand the conflict.
This short, self-paced class is designed to help you uncover what’s really happening beneath the surface of your arguments—and give you tools to start shifting the pattern today.
No long commitment.

I created The Conflict Clarity Class because I know what it’s like to feel invisible in your own marriage.
I know what it’s like to love someone deeply, but still feel like you’re stuck in the same painful loop—misunderstood, overwhelmed, and unsure how to fix what keeps breaking down.
But I also know what’s possible when you have the tools, the language, and the right support.
I’m a licensed therapist, trained in the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed healing. I’ve worked with hundreds of Muslim couples to help them move from disconnection to compassion, and from surviving to rebuilding real connection.
I also authored the Islamic Reference Guide for the Gottman Method and bring both my clinical training and my background in traditional Islamic studies into everything I teach.
This class is a blend of everything I wish couples had before they hit their breaking point—rooted in real psychology, aligned with Islamic values, and grounded in the belief that your marriage is worth understanding.

It’s a pattern. One that’s been quietly draining the peace and closeness you used to feel.
But here’s the beautiful thing: Patterns can be understood.
And once they’re understood—they can be shifted.
You don’t have to wait for your spouse to change.
You don’t have to keep wondering if it’s just you.
And you don’t have to keep walking on eggshells to keep the peace.
You just need a better starting point.
And this is it.
The Conflict Clarity Class is your first step toward healing the way you connect—with more understanding, less fear, and a lot more hope. I can’t wait to see the ripple effect this creates in your life, your marriage, and your heart.
